To Return for Exchange
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the date of the invoice. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, along with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return.
After inspection of the returned item and provided that all of the above conditions have been met, a store credit or exchange would be applied, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
Note: When shipping items back to Les Gazelles, customers should choose the same shipper as when the items was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange an items, we will ship the replacement to you at no shipping charge.
